I provide therapy that honors and affirms the experiences of Black and Indigenous people,
LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodiverse individuals. I work with teens and adults navigating
anxiety, depression, trauma, breakup recovery, imposter syndrome, chronic stress, boundary
challenges, and patterns of over functioning in relationships.
Using a trauma-informed, CBT, and solution-focused approach, I support clients in
understanding how trauma, ADHD, and attachment styles influence emotional regulation, focus,
self-worth, and relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. We explore the
why and the how, so you leave with tools that work in your everyday life.
