Clinical Therapist

Welcome to my therapy practice, where your journey to wellness is uniquely yours! I believe that each person deserves a personalized approach to therapy, tailored to their individual needs and strengths. That's why I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, to support you on your path to healing.

I know that life transitions can bring about stress and uncertainty for neurodivergent people, whether it's heading off to college, navigating parenthood, switching careers, or adjusting to retirement. I specialize in working with people facing these challenges, whether you are autistic, ADHD, experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorder infertility, college or work stress, I can help support you during times of change. Change is hard for neurodivergent people, and therapy can provide you with the support you need to maintain your balance while you navigate it.

Creating a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings is my top priority. I aim to be relatable and non-judgmental, fostering an environment where you can be your authentic self and see positive changes unfold in your life. I welcome folks from all walks of life including those in non traditional relationships.

I became a therapist because I believe in hope. I believe we all deserve to be our authentic selves, and I find fulfillment in assisting others in living their best life. Whether it is in the therapy room or volunteering in my community, I enjoy helping others discover their full potential.
