Hello

My name is Jessica and I am a neurodivergent and neurodiversity-affirming substance abuse and relationship therapist with a gender studies specification. As a member of both the LGBTQIA and neurodivergent communities, I provide a safe space for other community members. I also have a personal connection to and deep understanding of holistic health and am able to support others on their journey of understanding the connection between medical and mental health.

Neurodivergent
She/Hers
Clinical Therapist

Jessica has been practicing for 8 years as a licensed clinical therapist. Her mission is to create a safe,
culturally competent space to promote understanding and healing. She uses a person-centered
therapy approach to help clients identify their personal goals and individualized treatment plans. Person-centered therapy allows people to be fully supported while being allowed to take an active role in creating and defining the therapy narrative while honoring each person's unique life path.

Jessica is neurodiversity-affirming and is able to provide a neurodivergent safe space for those who have autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergency.  Her own neurodivergency allows her to understand and respect people's differences in a nonjudgemental way.

Jessica excels at supporting clients with chronic health issues and has an extensive understanding and training in holistic health and the brain-body connection. She helps people to find a deeper understanding of themselves by creating an environment of psychological safety.

As part of the LGBTQIA community, Jessica is well-versed in the WPATH standards and is able to assist
clients in developing a deeper understanding of gender, sex, sexuality, and relationship structures. She is a relationship therapist who has training in gender studies.

Jessica has experience working with people who have suffered trauma and as a trained substance abuse specialist can also help those who have been affected by the disease of addiction. She has additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT), Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, and DBT.
